Order text messages
Our Terms and Conditions explain the text message program in full.
When you place an order and tick the box to receive texts, The Nest on Betts Road (8254 Betts Road, Greenbrier, TN 37073) sends text messages about that order. Texts are optional. You can order without them.
- What we send: your order confirmation once payment is verified, and a pickup reminder on the morning of pickup. If something is wrong with your order we may text or call you about it. We do not send promotions.
- How often: about two messages per order.
- Cost: message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
- Stop: reply STOP to any text and we will not text you again. Help: reply HELP or call (615) 507-4082.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information
We collect your name, phone number, optional email and the details of your order so we can prepare it and reach you about it. We keep order records for our business and tax needs.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share your phone number or text opt-in with anyone for marketing. Your information is shared only with the services that run the site and send texts for us (our website host and our text-message provider), and only so they can do that work.
