Order text message program: Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the order text message program run by The Nest on Betts Road, 8254 Betts Road, Greenbrier, TN 37073 (“we”, “us”). Our phone number is (615) 507-4082.
How you agree
At checkout on our ordering page, you enter your mobile number and tick an unchecked box that reads: “Text me my order confirmation and a pickup reminder. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Optional.” By ticking the box you consent to receive these texts from The Nest on Betts Road. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you do not tick the box you can still place your order and we will not text you.
What we send
- Your order confirmation once payment is verified.
- A pickup reminder on the morning of pickup.
- If something is wrong with your order, a text about that order.
- We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
Message frequency and cost
About two messages per order. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages. You will get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP or call (615) 507-4082 for help.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are available only on supported U.S. carriers.
Your information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
